Columbus W Thorn Jr Foundation is a charitable foundation in the heart of Elkton, Maryland, created under the Last Will and Testament of the late Columbus W. Thorn, Jr., to assist worthy Cecil County, MD students who wish to continue their education after graduation from high school. We provide student loans to worthy residents of Cecil County who wish to attend college.
